This page describes how Pronto handles a lesson enquiry - Telegram, the email form - and the English level test. It is a working text for a family project, not a complete legal policy.
Who reads the message
Denis receives enquiries for the family project. To access, correct or delete your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
The form asks for an email address and a message. A name is optional. The page language and a technical request identifier travel with the request so we can answer in the right language and find a failed send.
Why we collect it
We use the message only to reply about lessons. Sending the form is not consent to marketing mail.
No account and no database
Pronto does not keep a copy of the enquiry in its own application database and does not create an account from the form.
Yandex inbox
The message arrives in the shared mailbox [email protected]. We keep it for up to 12 months and then delete it by hand. You can ask us to delete it sooner at the same address.
Resend
The site sends the email through Resend. Resend keeps message content, metadata and logs for 30 days. Resend account data are stored in the United States, even if a different sending region is chosen.
Abuse protection
The server may briefly see an IP address to slow down automated sends. Application logs record only the path, status, duration and request identifier - not your name, email or message.
Marketing
A reply to a lesson enquiry is not a newsletter subscription. If a mailing list ever appears, it will need a separate optional choice.
Level test in this browser
The test stores a signed attempt, question identifiers and your answers in this browser for up to 24 hours from the start. Taking the test does not require a name or email and does not keep answer keys. After the time expires, or if you start again, the local copy is removed.
Telegram
The main way to start a conversation is a Telegram chat. That chat happens on Telegram, not through this website, and Telegram processes it under its own terms. The email form on this site is only a backup if you do not use Telegram.
YouTube in the test
Listening tasks embed a YouTube video. When that part of the test opens, the player loads from Google/YouTube. You can also open the video on YouTube instead of playing it here.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Starting a new level-test attempt uses Cloudflare Turnstile to slow down automated traffic. Resume and sending answers do not repeat that check. Cloudflare processes the challenge under its own terms. The site does not store the Turnstile token.
Before a public launch we still need to confirm the full legal name of the operator, the applicable country and law, and the terms of sending data to the United States.
